The service
Silkroute AI CFO turns the bank statements and files you upload into dashboards, KPIs, forecasts and answers. It gives analytics and general information, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice (see the AI Disclaimer). Check important decisions with a qualified accountant or adviser.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the company you register. Give accurate details, keep your password and authenticator codes private, and tell us at once if your account is misused. You are responsible for activity in your account.
Your data and our rights
You own the data you upload and give us the right to process it only to provide the service to you. The software, design, texts and the Silkroute name belong to us or our licensors; you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
What the AI may do
The AI CFO reads your figures, explains them and drafts reports. It cannot move money, make payments, sign or send anything on your behalf. AI questions are limited per plan (per day or month, with a fair-use limit on the largest plans); we may slow down or stop automated or abusive use.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, prices, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in the Public Offer, which you accept when you pay for a plan.
Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no unlawful financial activity or fraud, no other people’s data without authority, no attacks on the service and no abuse of AI or API limits.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, endangers other customers or is not paid, with notice where the situation allows. You may delete your account at any time in “My data and consents”; your data is then deleted except records the law requires us to keep (see the Privacy Policy).
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted for maintenance. Figures are calculated from the data you provide; within the limits allowed by law we are not liable for decisions made on them, for indirect losses, or for more than you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for force majeure.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation (a written claim answered within 30 days), then by the competent court at [COURT], unless consumer law gives you the right to another court.
Changes
When these terms change we show the new version with its date and ask you to accept it before you continue.
